Abandon vessel musters/drills are attended, signals & equipment identified and procedures correctly interpreted in accordance with regulations and company procedures.

Operate survival equipment in accordance with instructions and accepted survival practice. Don a lifejacket.

Jump safely from a height into the water in accordance with established survival practice.

Swim while wearing a life‑jacket and float without a life‑jacket in accordance with established survival practice.

Assume a posture to reduce heat loss while in the water, individually and as part of a group.

Launch a survival craft and /or launch & inflate a liferaft.

Right a capsized liferaft while wearing a life jacket,

Enter a survival craft from the water/vessel and undertake sequential actions to minimise potential dangers including simulated radio operation & rationing.

Administer relevant first aid in survival craft, identify the symptoms and precautions for hypothermia/hyperthermia.

Operate strategies to move a survival craft in rough water

Secure a survival craft against weather. Operate a drogue.
